A New Chapter Begins

Week 23 of 42

Hey there

I finally launched my new content strategy on X this week.

The results? Better than I expected:

  • 121k impressions

  • 48 new followers

  • 11 leads from one tweet

It’s wild to see how far a clear plan and focused execution can take you. Now, my next step is to document, streamline, and track this process so it’s repeatable and scalable.

From here, I’ll expand into YouTube—not to grow the channel itself, but to create in-depth guides that:

  • Convert highly interested leads.

  • Build more trust and authority.

The goal is to create content that works harder and delivers more value, not just more reach.

Business Goals: Playing the Long Game

At this stage, I’m shifting focus entirely to building my personal brand instead of going back to outreach like I did at the beginning of this challenge.

It’ll definitely be harder to hit my $10k/month goal this way, but I’m confident it’s the right move for the long term. The kind of clients I want to work with—high-quality, high-trust—are better served by a brand that stands for something, not just an inbox full of cold emails.

New Ideas on the Table

  1. Coaching Offer:
I’m seriously considering launching a coaching offer alongside my DFY service. Here’s why:

    • It would help me bring in more clients faster.

    • It’s a chance to use that experience for better content, more authority, and eventually digital products I could sell.

  2. Partnerships:
I’m also exploring the idea of partnering with people. I’d suggest tailored marketing strategies, execute them, and use the results to:

    • Create better content.

    • Showcase my expertise in action.

Both ideas align with my bigger vision of building authority and long-term leverage.

What’s Next for Week 24

  • Refining the System: Document and streamline the X content creation process to make it repeatable.

  • YouTube Planning: Start developing in-depth guides for lead conversion and trust-building.

  • Exploring New Offers: Begin outlining the coaching offer and identifying potential partners.

Every step I take now is about building something sustainable that grows over time.

Thanks for being here on this journey.

Your move,
Nil
