Week 10 of 42

This week, I hit the reset button.

My approach so far earned me $3,700 in 60 days, but it wasn’t without problems:

  • Struggling to explain my business clearly.

  • Trust-building took longer than expected.

  • Scaling the service was tough.

  • I wasn’t standing out with a clear brand.

So, I went back to the drawing board.

The Roadmap to $10k/month:

Step 2: Lead Generation Ecosystem

  • Identify your lead opportunity

  • Test it

  • Decide what to do next

Step 3: Overdeliver & Operation

  • Identify bottlenecks

  • Streamline and document processes

  • Implement & validate

Step 1.1. is already done.

Now time to reaching out to potential clients, seeing how they respond, and talking to them to figure out what works, what doesn't, and how to improve it.
