Week 19 of 42
This week feels different.
Not because one massive thing happened, but because so many little pieces are starting to fit together.
Business Update
My new content creation system to build authority is up & running.
The best part, it is based on A/B testing, so it improves over time based on what’s working.
I’m not just posting whatever is on my mind. Now, I’ve got a system in place, one designed to build authority and attract leads. It’s early days, and the posts aren’t reaching a lot of people yet. That’s okay. I know this will take time.
One qualified person joined the waiting list this week. Just one, but it’s a start. Nine more to go.
And the client delegation? Everything is ready. At last, I can focus on growing my business.
The Power of My PKM
Switching between handball and business has always been one of my hardest struggles.
It’s not just about time—it’s about focus. Coming back to work after handball feel like untangling a mess. I’d spend hours trying to remember where I left off.
But this week, something clicked.
With the help of a good friend of mine, we improved my Personal Knowledge Management (PKM) system—the way I manage tasks, knowledge, and ideas—and it’s a game-changer.
This week, I’ve started to see how easier it is now to find my place when I get back to work. But this will be sustainable, or I’m gonna go back to the same problem?
I’m gonna do my best to maintain it, because I can’t overstate how much better this week has been because of that.
It saves me a lot of time, but specially it makes it way easier to start working exactly where I left off.
Making me feel in control.
Handball Update
Since I wrote about reframing this season as one to be proud of for the rest of my life, everything has shifted.
I’m another person in the court.
I immediately felt huge peace of mind after writing that letter, and the effect goes on.
Looking back, it feels like I had to overcome a heartbreak and that letter made me finally leave it behind.
Before, I was stuck in my head. Now, at some points, I get to be stuck in the present
At last that peace of mind has made me play at my bast, just as I used to, but still feeling I can do even better.
What’s Next for Week 20
Content: Keep publishing on X and start experimenting with new ways to get attention—maybe even A/B testing with paid touch.
Leads: Keep building the waiting list, one conversation at a time.
Handball: Keep my mindset and focus in place
PKM: Keep using it and written down ideas or problems to make sure I can sustain it over time.
Step by step, everything is coming together.
Until next week,
Nil
