Getting Back on Track: Week 9 of 42
As I mentioned before, my handball performance has been slipping lately.
This past week, I made some changes to my habits and restructured my work to improve my game. I'm feeling better on the court, but it's a work in progress—one experiment at a time.

On the business front, I'm fulfilling current client work without taking on more for now. Any extra time is focused on making my service scalable for the next promotion.
This challenge is about building the ability to generate $10k/month, not about earning as soon as possible. The goal is to develop a sustainable business while maintaining my level as a pro handball athlete. It’s not about maximizing income right now, but building something that can consistently hit $10k per month–while being a pro athlete.
So for next week, I'll keep you updated on my handball performance, offer scalability, and client work. But don’t expect a lot of flashy updates—it’s time for that work in the dark that later becomes key to putting you in the spotlight.
Learnings
I’ve been nailing down even more what’s my agency about.
Hint: Growth Agency - Remove guesswork from growth strategy. Grow your business based on data.If you don’t delegate work, you are not an agency, but a freelancer.
Looking at others strategies have been the thing that has been holding me back the most from growing my business. And that’s actually what I’m trying to help other businesses to avoid. By helping them to focus on their own experiments and data, building a tailored solution to them over time
