I’ve Been Defeated

It’s hard to believe how this challenge started…
And how it’s ending.

I began this fully convinced I could balance handball and business at a high level—
That I could succeed at both.

And at first?
It looked like I was right.

In the first 50 days:

• We won a huge title in handball, and I was named MVP.

• In business, I went from zero to closing $4,000 in sales.

I thought I had it figured out.
But then came the desert.
And I still didn’t get out.

I’m Not Good Enough to Do Both

I don’t know who can pull off playing at a high level in two games at once.
But I’ve learned something about myself:
I’m not one of them.
At least, not in these conditions.

Maybe in another team, with fewer problems it could have worked.

But the truth?
Dropping handball to focus on my business is the best decision I can make anyways.

I Wasn’t That Far Off

And don’t get me wrong—
I wasn’t as far off as it might look now.

I had the chance to close $10k in a single day.
But my lack of experience with sales calls cost me that one.

As for handball?

Honestly, I believe almost everything outside of my control played against me.
Injuries. Team management issues. Poor trainings. Terrible trips schedules.
It sounds like an excuse—
But it made this challenge 10x harder than it had to be.

What Now?

Well, there is only a 0,00001% chance I hit my goal.

I’m gonna fight, for it.

Because at the end it was not about achieving the $10k/m in 10 months, but just about moving closer to that goal, so that eventually, I get there.

So I don’t really care about how long it takes, as long as I see there is a market fit.

As long as I see I’m making progress, I’m gonna keep pushing.

I may keep the newsletter until I hit the goal, even if that means another 10 more months of hitting your inbox hahah
